Information regarding the latest addition to the Fist of Valor - WatchDog System.
Executable halo cheat monitoring software.

Fist of Valor requires that all their members download, install, and always run
the HWD program (which was programmed by the FoV Programming Team),
on their computers.  This will give you some information on how this program
works.

The HWD program is designed to eliminate cheating within the clan.  The program
starts up when your computer starts and runs down in the taskbar.  The program
is very small and won't make any difference on the performance of your computer.
The program will then silently cross search your open program with a list of
halo cheats that the programming team has created.  If a cheat is detected, the
program will silently report back to the Fist of Valor database.  The program
will also record when Halo is opened and when it is closed.  The program
will not record any information about any program or process other than known
cheats and halo.  The cheat report is then run through scripting on the servers.
These scripts determine the user the report is coming from and will file the report
under your name permanently.  The entire cheat report is viewable by admins, and
only the "Halo Open" and "Halo Close" is viewable by clan Lieutenants.

This program is 100% safe because it was programmed by fellow members and
administrators.  The program has been beta tested to the extreme to ensure
safety.

Failure to have HWD functioning properly, or closing the program to cheat,
will be reported and punishment will follow.  The HWD program must be
running constantly (even when halo isn't).  Attempts to change the program in
any way to alter the effects will result in immediate and permanent removal
from the clan.  Distributing the program to ANYONE is strictly prohibited.
